OSCAR
Age: 9 years old
Temperament: A loving gentleman!

Children: Previously lived with children, so 6+

Hello there, my name is Oscar.

Let me tell you a bit about myself. the age of 9 or so I recently found myself having to move home because my old owners didnít really want me around anymore. In fact, for a time my owner and I were quite happy together, but then a new person moved into the house with him, so I had to move into the yard.

Life wasnít really so much fun after that, and to be honest, I was afraid I might end my days as a yard dog. But then my luck changed and Senior Staffy came to my rescue!

So now I live in a warm, cosy kennel, and I have lots of new friends who come to visit me nearly every day to take me out for some fun.

Iíve made some doggy friends as well; there is one lady-dog in particular who I like to go for walks with. But actually I like all dogs, and I like cats too, and I used to live with children Ė so you could say Iím a good all-rounder.

Iím still in very good health and quite fit for my age too! When I first get out of my kennel I pull slightly on the lead, but only because Iím excited! And I soon relax and walk nicely on the lead.

Iíve had some vaccinations recently so now Iím all ready to find my new family. I will find a new family, right? Much as I like my current residence, I donít want to end my days in the kennels if I can find a nice comfy sofa insteadÖ Hope to meet you soon!

Love from Oscar x

Oscar is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is in kennels in the Shropshire area
but can be re-homed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet him where he is now.

There is an adoption donation of £90 for Oscar, and all money donated goes directly to helping all the Senior Staffies in our care

If you think you could offer Oscar a new home please contact Julia on 07976799312 or fill out the Adoption Form at www.seniorstaffyclub.co.uk
