BRUNO

Age: 10
Temperament: Soft and Placid
Dogs: Yes with introductions
Cats: Could possibly live with one as has lived with one many years ago, but may need gentle introductions over a period of time
Children: Yes

This is Bruno.

Bruno has been at his current home since he was a puppy but sadly circumstances have changed and Bruno now has to be left for a long time each day, so we think Bruno would like a home where he can be taken walks and maybe have some company during the day.

Bruno is such a good boy and even though he is left alone for a long time - up to 10 hours a day – Bruno is not destructive and does not make a mess. Bruno likes to play with his toys and is partial to a squeaky toy.

Bruno is friendly with other dogs and will say hello and play nicely. Sometimes Bruno gets a little carried away playing but when he is told to sit and wait for a while, he calms down. Bruno has never lived with another dog so would need to meet them a couple of times to see if they got along.

Bruon did live with a cat once many years ago and they got along but Bruno did like t chase the cat but it was all playful. Bruno can learn not to do that if you have a cat.

Bruno does not mind living with children. Bruno currently lives with a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they all get along fine. Bruno is very patient with the children.

Bruno is used to travelling in a car and he loves going to the vets. Bruno’s favourite thing is cuddles so he is hoping there will be plenty of those available in his new home.

Bruno really needs somewhere where he can get to go walks and have some company for a few hours of the day.

Bruno is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is currently in the West Yorkshire area but can be re-homed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet Bruno where he is now. Bruno is on our Matchmaker Scheme which means he is still in the care of his current owner and is not directly in Senior Staffy Club care.

We are, however, working with the family to ensure Bruno finds a lovely forever home. Therefore the adoption donation is a donation of your choice. Any money donated will be used to help the other Senior Staffies in our care who have no one else to help them.

If you think you could offer Bruno a new home please contact us at seniorstaffyclub@hotmail.co.ukor call Wendy on 07505010823
