(*If any animals are not neutered before rehoming due to age/health etc. please provide specific details on your policies, timescales for neutering by the new home, how this is checked by the rescue etc.) Very nervous dogs maybe exempted from neutering in Bosnia, once rehomed we would expect it to be 6 months after adoption maximum.

Do you provide insurance when rehoming to new owners?: Yes 4 weeks free.

Will you always take the animal back no matter what? If not please explain under what circumstances etc: Yes

Rough 'donation' required per animal, please also explain what this involves: 300 to cover transport to UK, as all other costs will have been met by us in preparing the dog for travel.

Can RHU staff/volunteers contact you about animals needing rescue backup that have been posted in our 'backup needed' section?: No at the moment, as we are new rescue. Yes, in the future, I hope so.

How long (approx.) has the rescue been active?: 12 months in Bosnia, 4 months in the UK.

Other information (optional):
We do not have kennels, and as our dogs will need training to the home environment, we aim to either re-home to experienced adopters straight away. Or foster and assess/train the dogs before re-homing to homes without experience of strays.
All our dogs are child friendly, as they have been around the rescuer in Bosnia small daughter.
We only have 12 dogs in private pension in Bosnia, all are being regularly assessed, and we hope, finance and adopters permitting to get these all to the UK this year.
