Type of animal(s) Rescue deals with: Whippets and Lurchers and any other breed of Dog within our local authority Cheshire East

Is Rescue breed specific?: Yes but we also help any other breed of Dog within our local authority.

Do you neuter all animals before leaving for forever homes where applicable? Please provide details of your neutering policy:
(*If any animals are not neutered before rehoming due to age/health etc. please provide specific details on your policies, timescales for neutering by the new home, how this is checked by the rescue etc.)

All of our animals are inspected by our Veterinary Surgeon on arrival and are neutered. We try to have the operations performed whilst they are in Foster Care, however, much depends on age, health and temperament as to the timescale and provisions are made in our Adoption Agreement for those that we aren't able to neuter whilst they are in Foster.

Do you provide insurance when rehoming to new owners?: No but Insurance is conditional to our Adoption Agreement and we have our own Public & Professional Liability Policies.

Will you always take the animal back no matter what? If not please explain under what circumstances etc: Yes

Rough 'donation' required per animal, please also explain what this involves: 250.00 per Dog. We expect our Adopters to visit our Dogs at least 2 - 3 times, some require further visits, much depends on the temperament of the Dog. We do follow up telephone calls and provide support if there are any difficulties whilst settling the dog into the new home. We are extremely proactive with support because we don't want the Adoptions to fail.
